j'ai choisi l'élixir libido car je suis dans une période compliquée de ma vie et je voulais l'utiliser plus en prévention. je le trouve efficace par rapport à l'usage que j'en ai mais je ne sais pas si seul il serait suffisant en traitement. peut etre à compléter avec un autre élixir.
